Inspired by traditional Japanese arts and techniques, refined and passed down through generations, the interior explores how their underlying principles can be thoughtfully reinterpreted in a contemporary automotive setting, evoking the tranquility and harmony of a traditional Japanese Zen garden.
These include Sashiko, the traditional art of decorative stitching; Kigumi, the art of constructing wooden structures through intricate joinery; Kumihimo, the art of braiding cords; and Kumiko, the craft of assembling precisely cut wooden pieces into intricate geometric patterns.
